Lanxin Semiconductor and Huateng New Energy reached a cooperation on automotive grade SiC

Lanxin Semiconductor has reached a strategic cooperation with Wuxi Huateng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties have carried out in-depth cooperation on the application of power semiconductors in commercial vehicle DCDC, heat pump controllers and other fields, providing end customers with one-stop customized service solutions. Lanxin Semiconductor's 1200V 80mΩ and 30mΩ SiC MOSFETs have been well recognized by partners for their outstanding application in Huateng New Energy's 3.3kW and 6.6kW DCDC products.
