Tata Group and Powerchip to cooperate in building wafer fab

Tata Group is working with Taiwan's Powerchip to build a wafer fab in Dholera, Gujarat, with a total investment of 91,000 crore rupees. The plant is expected to start construction within three months, with a monthly production capacity of 50,000 wafers.
