Minmetals New Energy injects RMB 2.35 billion into its subsidiary Changyuan New Energy

On the evening of November 28, Minmetals New Energy (688779) announced that it plans to use its own funds of 2.35 billion yuan to increase the capital of Changyuan New Energy (of which 1.063 billion yuan will be included in the registered capital and 1.287 billion yuan will be included in the capital reserve). After this capital increase, the registered capital of Changyuan New Energy will increase from 1 billion yuan to 2.063 billion yuan, and Minmetals New Energy will still hold 100% of the equity of Changyuan New Energy.
