Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd. established a new company with a joint venture of RMB 300 million to build a power transmission and transformation project

Tianqi Lithium's holding subsidiary Shenghe Lithium, Snowway and Huirong Mining jointly invested in a joint venture to build a 220kV power transmission and transformation project to meet the power needs of all parties. The registered capital of the joint venture is 300 million yuan, with each of the three companies contributing 100 million yuan.
