In order to maintain its competitiveness in the global development of new energy, CATL has made three major organizational adjustments in the past two years. The first adjustment was to divide the 32 battery and material production bases into six regions, the second adjustment was to adjust the organization into two regions, and the third adjustment was to centralize the decision-making power of power battery companies to the headquarters.
