Seres plans to list on Hong Kong secondary market, plans to raise US$1 billion

Huawei's electric vehicle partner, Seres, plans to conduct a secondary listing in Hong Kong, China, to further raise funds. Seres has discussed plans to issue shares in Hong Kong with potential advisers and expects to raise more than US$1 billion through the secondary listing.
