Zhiji Auto has personnel changes, and new president Jia Jianxu takes over

On December 16, Zhiji Automobile experienced important personnel changes. The original chairman Wang Xiaoqiu resigned and was replaced by Jia Jianxu, the new president of SAIC. Zhiji Auto was founded in 2020 by SAIC, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech and Alibaba, with a registered capital of 13.77 billion yuan and is committed to providing new intelligent travel experiences. Jia Jianxu, the youngest president of SAIC Motor, has demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic vision since taking the helm of SAIC Volkswagen in 2023. Under his leadership, Zhiji Auto's sales have increased significantly, with 57,500 units sold as of November, a year-on-year increase of over 106%.
