Thalys Group predstavuje Chongqing State-owned Assets ako dôležitého investora

Nedávno Thalys Group oznámila, že Chongqing State-owned Assets Plan sa stane jej dôležitým investorom. Tri spoločnosti zapojené do tejto transakcie sú Chongqing Industrial Investment Fund of Funds Partnership, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., a Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. Po dokončení transakcie sa Longsheng New Energy stane stopercentnou dcérskou spoločnosťou Thalys Group.
