Xin Changzheng produces 10,000 IGBT modules per month

According to the Shandong Rongcheng Economic Development Zone, Xin Changzheng Microelectronics Manufacturing (Shandong) Co., Ltd. has more than 10,000 IGBT modules installed on the brand's new energy vehicles every month, and its performance is outstanding. Xin Changzheng launches more than a dozen IGBT single tube and module products every year. In March this year, Xin Changzheng just developed the eighth-generation IGBT chip product with higher power density. The new energy vehicle and photovoltaic power module project has entered the final stage of internal decoration. After completion, the project can produce about 600,000 new energy vehicles and photovoltaic power modules and about 500 power device testing equipment annually, with an output value of 300 million yuan.
