Yahua International signs spodumene concentrate purchase and sales agreement with DMCC

Yahua International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yahua Group, has signed a spodumene concentrate purchase and sales agreement with DMCC. According to the agreement, DMCC will deliver no less than 15,000 tons of spodumene concentrate to Yahua International in 2024, and no less than 125,000 tons of spodumene concentrate each year from 2025 to 2028.
