Yiwei Lithium Energy, Zijin Mining and Ruifu Lithium Industry cooperate to build lithium carbonate project

Yiwei Lithium Energy, Zijin Mining and Ruifu Lithium Industry plan to establish a joint venture in Hunan Province to invest in the construction of a lithium carbonate project. The project will be built in phases with a total production capacity of 90,000 tons of lithium salt and a total investment of 3 billion yuan. Yiwei Lithium Energy holds 26% of the joint venture, Zijin Lithium holds 34% and Ruifu Lithium holds 40%.
