ASML NA EUV lithography machine production capacity is limited

The annual production capacity of NA EUV lithography machines of ASML of the Netherlands is only 10 units, and the price of each unit is about RMB 2.7 billion. Currently, Intel, TSMC and Samsung are the main demand parties.
