EET and Worksport use GaN power devices from EPC and Infineon respectively

EET has selected EPC’s enhancement-mode gallium nitride (eGaN®) power transistors for its new SolMate® green solar balcony products, and Infineon has partnered with Worksport to use GaN power devices in the converters of the latter’s portable power stations.
