The Automotive Advanced SoC Research Center (ASRA), composed of 14 Japanese automobile and semiconductor companies, recently received funding from Japan's New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) to develop the next-generation automotive SoC based on chiplet technology. This technology is expected to support new models after 2030.
