Mitsubishi Electric releases new SiC module

Mitsubishi Electric recently released six new J3 series power modules, which are compatible with SiC-MOSFET and RC-IGBT, and will bring smaller and more efficient inverters to various electric vehicles (xEV). The J3 series modules have the characteristics of reduced size and lower thermal resistance, which will help improve the performance of electric vehicles.
