Amazon invests in chip giant Alchip-KY

Amazon invested approximately RMB 119.68 million to subscribe to Alchip-KY's private placement common shares. The investment will be used to supplement Alchip-KY's operating working capital required for long-term operation and development. In recent years, Alchip-KY has actively expanded the high-performance computing and artificial intelligence (AI) markets, and Amazon is its major customer.
