Guangdong Heketai (Shunqing) Semiconductor Discrete Devices and Wafer Resistors R&D and Manufacturing Project was successfully signed in Nanchong, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. The project is divided into two phases, with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan in the first phase, and an annual output of more than 10 billion semiconductor discrete devices is expected.
