Nan Taihu New District signs contract for intelligent manufacturing project with annual output of 2 billion automotive-grade chips

On May 9, the South Taihu New District and Yuanxin Microelectronics successfully signed the "Yuanxin Microelectronics Annual Production of 2 Billion Automotive-Grade Chip Intelligent Manufacturing Project". Anhui Yuanxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd., as a national high-tech enterprise, occupies a leading position in the fields of automotive-grade medium/low-voltage MOS, automotive-grade high-voltage MOS and SiC MOS, and has achieved comprehensive import substitution of automotive MOS chips. The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and is divided into two phases. It is expected that the annual output value will be about 1.8 billion yuan after full production.
