Samsung plans to start producing 10nm-class sixth-generation DRAM at its Pyeongtaek P4 plant in early 2025

Samsung plans to introduce semiconductor equipment centered on the Pyeongtaek P4 plant in early 2025 to start producing 10nm-class sixth-generation DRAM and accelerate the pace of yield improvement, with the goal of obtaining internal mass production certification (PRA) by May next year.
