Tesla urges Indian battery makers to stop using infringing trademarks

According to information on the Delhi High Court website, Tesla pointed out at the hearing that despite having issued a notice to Indian battery manufacturers in April 2022 to stop using infringing trademarks, the company continued to use the "Tesla Battery" brand name in its product promotion. Tesla therefore filed a lawsuit with the court, demanding that the other party stop the infringement and compensate for the losses.
