Ruishi Technologys VCSEL-chipprodukter af automotive kvalitet bestod AEC-Q102 automotive certificering og IATF16949 internationale automotive kvalitetsstyringssystem certificering i 2022. I 2023 vil Ruishi Technologys VCSEL-produkter blive brugt i det intelligente køresystem om natten i BYDs Yangwang-serie af biler.
