Luminar plans to reduce global footprint, seeks to sublease some facilities

Lidar company Luminar is looking to partially or fully sublease some of its facilities around the world as part of a restructuring plan to reduce the company's global footprint, which as of December had nearly 800 full-time employees in the United States, Germany, Sweden, India and China.
