FAW Fund leads the investment and establishes a joint venture with Yima Pioneer

In 2019, FAW Fund led the investment and established a joint venture with Yima Pioneer, and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Yima Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., in the Su-Xiang Cooperation Zone. The company's main business is the research and development, production and sales of semiconductor power module packaging, motor controllers and on-board chargers. At present, the company has built an annual production capacity of 300,000 modules and 100,000 sets of power board assembly production lines.
