Tyco Tianrun invests 100 million yuan to expand 6-inch SiC project

The latest environmental impact report of the 6-inch SiC power electronic device industrialization project disclosed by Tyco Tianrun shows that the company has completed the self-acceptance work of the first phase of the project and will expand the second phase of the project. Tyco Tianrun plans to extend the existing two-story dedicated production line for silicon carbide power devices in the factory building of the New Energy Vehicle Parts Industrial Park in Liuyang High-tech Zone to the first floor, and add new production equipment and packaging and testing process production lines to increase production. This expansion project will add an additional investment of 100 million yuan, and the production scale will increase from the original annual output of 6-inch silicon carbide power devices of 60,000 pieces/year to 100,000 pieces/year.
