The National Fiscal Work Conference was held in Beijing, emphasizing support for ecological civilization construction by 2025

From December 23 to 24, the National Fiscal Work Conference was held in Beijing. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the conference fully implemented the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and the Central Economic Work Conference, summarized the fiscal work in 2024, and studied and arranged key tasks for 2025. The conference emphasized that in 2025, support will be given to the construction of ecological civilization, deepen the construction of horizontal ecological protection compensation mechanism, strengthen ecological protection and restoration, continue to support the battle to protect blue sky, clear water and clean land, steadily advance carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and promote green and low-carbon transformation in key industries.
