Amazon invests approximately NT$535 million in Taiwan's Alchip

Amazon invested about NT$535 million in Taiwanese chip design company Alchip, subscribing to 224,537 shares of Alchip's private placement at NT$2,382 per share. Amazon is Alchip's largest customer, accounting for more than 50% of the latter's sales.
