Merrill Lynch Electronics invests 1.05 billion yuan to build SiC module project

Merrill Lynch Electronics plans to invest 1.05 billion yuan to build a power semiconductor module intelligent production line construction project. This project will be carried out in two phases. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 1.2 million automotive-grade IGBT modules and SiC modules, and 2.4 million photovoltaic and industrial control IGBT modules.
