Since the establishment of a separate energy storage division in 2018, CATL's energy storage business has developed rapidly. In 2021, energy storage business accounted for more than 10% of the company's total revenue. From 2018 to 2023, the revenue of the energy storage sector surged from 189 million yuan to nearly 60 billion yuan.
