Together, they directly hold 26.73% of the shares of Jinsheng Xinneng, and through Jiangxi Dongliang, Zhaoqing Shengda, Zhaoqing Senlong indirectly holds a total of 28.32 shares, thus controlling a total of approximately 55.05% of the voting rights of Jinsheng New Energy.
