Xiaomi cars use batteries from CATL and BYD

Xiaomi Motors announced at its latest press conference that its electric vehicles will use batteries provided by CATL and BYD. CATL's battery pack has a capacity of 101kWh and an energy density of about 156Wh/kg, while BYD's lithium iron phosphate battery pack has a capacity of 73.6kWh and an energy density of about 127Wh/kg.
