Sanan Optoelectronics signs long-term procurement agreement with a total amount exceeding 7 billion yuan

According to Sanan Optoelectronics' 2022 annual report, the company has signed long-term SiC MOSFET procurement agreements with a total value of more than 7 billion yuan. In addition, the company's automotive-grade 1200V 16mΩ MOSFET chips have been verified as modules at strategic customers and are expected to be officially put into mass production in 2024.
