Wolfspeed FY2023 revenue: 23.55% year-on-year growth

Wolfspeed announced revenue of $921.9 million for fiscal year 2023, a year-on-year increase of 23.55%. The company has received power device design orders worth $2.1 billion and power device design bids worth $2.9 billion, and expects that 30 automakers in nearly 120 models will adopt its silicon carbide devices in the next 3-5 years.
