Announcement of Environmental Assessment of Saida Semiconductor's Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Project

Saida Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest about 1.47 billion yuan for the construction and research and development of silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxial project. The project will lease the original factory buildings and vacant land of Great Wall Motor Xushui Branch, with an initial production capacity of 15,000 pieces/year and a planned production capacity of 300,000 pieces/year in 2027.
