Jingsheng shares deploys silicon carbide epitaxial furnaces and cutting machines to promote industry development

Jingsheng shares has made arrangements for some key products that its cooperative clients still rely on imports, including silicon carbide epitaxial furnaces and cutting machines. The company has completed the preliminary development of the epitaxial equipment prototype and plans to conduct internal testing and customer process verification. The cutting equipment adopts a mortar and diamond wire compatible design and has been shipped to customers.
