Mersen receives French government investment to expand SiC substrate production capacity

Mersen, a European supplier of graphite materials and silicon carbide substrates, has received investment from the French government to expand its SiC substrate production capacity. This investment is aimed at meeting the explosive growth in demand for silicon carbide in applications such as new energy vehicles, 5G, solar energy, and photovoltaics.
