As a one-stop chip system foundry solution provider, SIL's 6-inch silicon carbide wafer fab shipments in 2023 exceeded 5,000 pieces per month, making it the number one in China's SiC MOS mass production shipments. Since the company began mass production of planar SiC MOS in 2022, 90% of its products have been used in new energy vehicle main drive inverters.
