Chengdu has built a total of 178,000 charging piles

Chengdu has stepped up its efforts to lay out and build a network of public dedicated charging facilities in the city, increased the regional density of fast charging piles, and built a basic public service charging circle. As of December 2023, the city has built 178,000 charging piles and 3,010 charging (recharging) stations.
