InterDigital obtains preliminary injunction against Lenovo and Motorola in Germany

US technology company InterDigital has won a patent dispute with Lenovo and its subsidiary Motorola. The Munich Regional Court in Germany ruled that Lenovo infringed InterDigital's 4G and 5G patents and issued a preliminary injunction. Although the injunction has not yet taken full legal effect, InterDigital has paid a deposit of 4 million euros to temporarily enforce the injunction.
