Hongxin Electronics plans to acquire 100% of Beijing Anliantong Technology

Hongxin Electronics announced plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Beijing Anliantong Technology Co., Ltd., an elite partner of NVIDIA in China, in cash. The acquisition aims to deepen the company's layout in the field of AI computing power and promote the implementation of the East-West computing strategy.
