The first phase of Haiqian Semiconductor's factory has been put into full operation, with an annual output of 46,800 pieces.

Haiqian Semiconductor's 12 6-inch SiC epitaxial wafer production lines have been fully put into operation. Its monthly output of 1200V MOSFET-level qualified products has reached 3,900 wafers, and its annual output has reached 46,800 wafers.
