UK startup Phlux Technology develops new sensor to enter automotive lidar market

UK startup Phlux Technology (Phlux) is working to enter the automotive LiDAR market with a new sensor. The company plans to become a leader in the industry, similar to Nvidia's position in the graphics processor field. Phlux has successfully developed the Aura series of 1550 nm indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) avalanche photodiodes (APDs), which are 12 times more sensitive than similar products on the market.
