Xinneng Semiconductor's S series chip shipments have exceeded 80 million

As of the end of August 2023, Xinneng Semiconductor has shipped more than 80 million S-series chips for the industrial motor drive market, serving more than 300 end customers, many of whom have been using this series of products for more than 5 years. The S-series chips cover different specifications from 15A to 150A, and can be used in fields such as industrial inverters and servos. Xinneng Semiconductor has also launched a variety of product forms such as single tubes, IPMs and PIMs to meet the needs of different application scenarios. Currently, the company is developing a new generation of V-series chips with a 2.4um pitch design to increase integration and power density and further enhance product performance.
