The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province issued guiding opinions to promote the research and development and manufacturing of new energy vehicle complete vehicles, accelerate product iteration and upgrading, and build a new energy battery material cluster, striving to exceed 500 billion yuan in cluster scale by 2027.
