BMW and MINI cooperate in the development of electric vehicles

The Light Beam Automotive Plant, a joint venture between BMW Group and Great Wall Motors, is responsible for the production and development of two pure electric models of the MINI brand. This is a rare case of cooperation in which BMW puts product development outside its own system.
